Kun Kurnely
Commisioner
Mr Kun is Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Commissioner of PT Dalle Energy in 2025. Born in Bandung, a petroleum engineer with a Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering Institute of Technology (ITB) and a Master’s in Management.
He gained experience as joining Pertamina brings a distinguished career in upstream oil and gas. he previously served as President Director of Pertamina Exploration & Production, Director of Pertamina Energy Trading Ltd. in Singapore, and Deputy Director of Upstream Operations, overseeing gas development, reservoir management, and major field operations in South Sumatra, Prabumulih, and East Kalimantan.
His extensive board leadership—including past President Commissioner roles at PT Bumi Hasta Mukti, PT Trans LNG, and PT Valena Pesona Energy—positions him to guide Dalle Energy’s strategic growth in reliable, sustainable power generation, leveraging his deep expertise in energy resource optimization and integrated supply chain management.
Sonny Purnara
President Director
Mr Sonny, an Indonesian citizen born in Bandung, was appointed President Director of PT Dalle Energy in 2005 and has served in this role since. A graduate in electrical engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), he is the founder of both PT Dalle Energy and PT Kwartadaya Dirganusa, and actively founded Masyarakat Kelistrikan Indonesia (MKI).
With over 40 years of hands-on experience as a power plant developer, EPC contractor, and O&M
specialist across Indonesia, he has led the full lifecycle of power infrastructure projects from concept to operations. Prior to establishing Dalle, he served as Project Coordinator at PT Dian Graha Elektrika (Siemens) and PT Imeco Inter Sarana (General Electric), managing complex power infrastructure initiatives that built his expertise in delivering high-performance energy systems. His extensive track record in developing, constructing, and maintaining power plants has solidified Dalle’s reputation as a trusted national player in reliable and efficient power generation.
Muhammad Iqbal Adnan
Project Director
Mr Iqbal is Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Project Director of PT Dalle Energy based on Deed No. 09 of Oktober 14, 2015.Born in Pekalongan, he earned a degree in electrical engineering from the Surabaya Institute of Technology (ITS) and Master of Business Administration of STIE IPWI in Surabaya.
He gained experiences in many areas of engineering. He was Deputy of Chief in PT Indonesia Asahan Alumunium. He was Branch Director of PT Meta Epsi Engineering. He was Director of PT Reka Dana Rucita. He was Site Manager of PT Petrokimia Gresik. He was Project Manager of PT Badak Bontang. He was Site Manager of PT Smelting Co. He was Project Manager of PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik. He was Project Director of TTU Tuban Pertamina.
Nurudin Akbar
Operational Director
Mr Nurudin is Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Operational Director of PT. Dalle Energy based on Deed No. 09 of October 14, 2015. Born in Bandung, he earned a degree in electrical engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).
He gained experiences in many areas of engineering, Procurement and Construction project related to Oil and Gas, Power Plant and General Industry. He was Project Director for Engineering, Procurement and Construction of PT Modaco Energy. He was Project Control for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Maintenance PT Monaco Energy. He has more than 13 years experience in Power Plant Industry.
Egbert M. Siagian
Human Resource Development Manager
Mr Egbert is Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Human Resouce Development Manager of PT Dalle Energy based on Deed No. 09 of Oktober 14, 2015. Born in Jakarta, he earned a degree in Mechanical engineering from Yogyakarta and Master of Management in STIE (Sekolah Tinngi Ilmu Ekonomi) Jakarta and Advanced in Law Gama in Jakarta.
He gained experiences in many areas of law and management. He was deputy of support service advisor and procurement manager in Seruway offshore exploration limited. He was a senior consultant legal, procurement and operations of Dongfang Electric Dalle Energy PLN 10,000 MW Projects. He was a project coordinator PT. Dian Graha Elektrika.
